We are currently looking for talented & highly motivated individuals to join the team as:

TEAM LEADER - PEKANBARU

Job Function:
Coordinate and supervise the activities of the sales
Set up sales plan in order to archive sales target required by the company.
Detailing sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis

Requirements:
Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance or Accounting with at least 3 years experiences in Financial Industry
Preferably in Asset Management or Banking (as RM) with WAPERD license.
Highly motivated and disciplined individual with integrity and able to work in a team.
Good communication skill and interpersonal skill
Have good leadership and problem solving
