PROJECT COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:
Coordinate the preparation of the Mining Division annual budget and the quarterly reforecasts by conducting analysis of the Mining Division operations and individual department budgets and reforecasts in order to provide management with accurate operational budgets and reforecasts that are calculated based on an in depth analysis of all mining parameters and forecasts.
Monitor and analyse mining equipment performance and utilisation data and specific aspects of the mining operation in order to define performance parameters for budgeting and equipment procurement and to highlight opportunities for continuously improving performance
Monitor and analyse the performance of current mining systems and the heavy equipment mining fleet from daily, weekly and monthly mining production reports, and mining information systems and processes, in order to provide data that can be used to continuously improve system efficiency and equipment utilisation, and so minimise unit costs.

Requirements:
Male, Maximum age 45 years old
Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
Possess KTT & POP certificate
10 years experience as senior coal geologist
3 years experience in Managerial Position
Well understanding about mining operation (facility/equipment/man power)
Willing to be located at Kalimantan area
